Ambros Martin:Thank you for the congratulation and the great match. My team didn’t forget how hard match we had played last year, it was in their heads from the first time and they wanted to show their best. However, the most important is that we could function as a real team. It’s a really good start with two points in our pocket, but we have to keep in mind that the two best players of the opponent couldn’t be here toda. Our group is really difficult, we can’t lean back, we have to consider this victory as the beginning of a long journey.

Kristiensen Kristian Bolgrup: First of all, let me congratulate to Győr, they showed a really high level game. As you could see they were much better than us today. Some of my players have already played in this hall, but the big pressure from the fans and the tough game on the court was too much for us. We had physical disadvantages, but we have to stay positive, we have a new team and we try to see to the future.

Kari Grimsbö: We could see two different halves, in the first we could experience how important the defense is for a goalkeeper, the second was busier for me. They were very fast and they are really good in one-on-one plays. We respected the opponent because of the last season too. We knew we would have a tough match, a good start was important for us.

Jacobsen Sabina: I also congratulate to Győr, they showed a really organized team that they are one of the best teams of Europe this year too. This match highlighted our defects that we have to work on. We are leaving holding our head high and will try to improve for the next match.
