In the rematch of the Play-offs of the DELO WOMEN'S EHF Champions League, Bietigheim was welcomed at home by győri Audi ETO KC. Both rounds were completed with a victory by the green and whites of Győr with a total difference of 21 goals, which means that the team has qualified to the quarter-finals of the European top club handball tournament in 2020/21 with a confident victory. The first round will take place on the first weekend of April.
Gábor Danyi: "First of all, I would like to congratulate my team! The first match was significantly different from today's, but I knew Bietigheim could do better than it did then – and they showed that today. They were able to be extremely effective in positional play and counterattacks. I think they're a very strong team who should be in the CL in the next year."
Silje Solberg:"Last week was very good for us, we had a very good opponent because they have a lot of national team players. We knew that it won’t be easy today and they performed very well. They could go into many counter-attacks, but of course I am satisfied with our victory, and that we are among the best eight teams of the Champions League."
