In the 18th round of the K&H Women's Handball League, Dunaújváros Metallurgical KA was the opponent of Győri Audi ETO KC. The match was held in the Audi Arena Győr due to a technical failure of the sports hall in Dunaújváros. The green and whites, with the returned players from national team traning camps, steadily increased their advantage in the match. The shock is felt on Dunaújváros by the loss of their masseur Mihály Bába. The final score was 18-40.
Gábor Danyi: "I would like to express my sincere condolences to all of the players of the entire handball lover people in Dunaújváros and to the family of Mihály Bába, a great man has gone, a true legend, I can say on behalf of the entire ETO family. In this match, the point for us was to try to get back into the club life after a week and one and a half of training. We solved different tasks in each half. I don't want to say any more about handball today. Obviously, our opponent's performance has been regarded with this terrible tragedy. It’s respected that they taking on the match."
Silje Solberg: "We were able to play a good match today and our defence worked well. We have to keep the focus that we were able to do today for the games ahead."
