In the second round of the DELO EHF Champions League, our team played against the Slovenian RK Krim Ljubljana. The Hansens started the match really well, but the home team quickly caught up and in the first half ended with a one-goal lead. We started the second half better as well and we won this exciting match in away from home to 31-26.
Ambros Martín: "We played a difficult match against a real tough opponent. Compared to last week's results, we met a significantly improved Krim today. However, we performed well and were able to keep them under pressure all along. We had nice solutions in attack, but we also made a lot of mistakes, which was punished by the opponent, and of course we also know that Kirm is a team that represents a good game, full of great players. Even so, we showed our good face, congratulations to the players."
Veronica Kristiansen: "First of all, I want to make it clear that Krim showed us a real tough and combative side here today. We started the match with a very well and we were able to create a pretty big advantage, but we still couldn't let go because we had the opponent all along.
