Ambros Martín gave a rest to Amandine Leynaud, and both Jelena Despotovic and Veronica Kristiansen were not available for our head coach due to medical reasons. Our team started the match with Faluvégi, Ryu, Oftedal, Brattset, Hansen, Schatzl and Solbeg in goal, which started with a 2 - 0 home run, but our team quickly equalized and by the 10th minute Ryu's goal gave us a 4 -3 lead. After a quarter of an hour, the goals were alternating (6 - 6) and neither team could pull away from the other. In the 25th minute our team led by 2 goals for the first time, but Moscow soon equalized (13 - 13). At the end of the half we built up a two-goal lead again, so Győr took a 15 - 13 lead into the break.

In the second half Laura Glauser came on for Győr. In the thirty-third minute, Nze Minko scored a goal to give our team a four-goal lead (17 - 13). In the forty-fifth minute the team kept their lead (20 - 18). Thanks to the hard defence of our team and Glauser's saves, the scoreboard showed again a four-goal Győr lead (23 - 19) in the last 10 minutes. Our team won to 27 - 23 in Moscow and remains unbeaten in the Champions League.
