We hosted the teams of Dunaújváros in Aréna in the 13th round of NBI/B. Their adult team is ranked three places higher in the table. “ We played a very good match, resulting in a real climax  said Danyi Gábor, head coach, about the encounter. “This was a typical match situation which is impossible to simulate in trainings. The players have to experience this kind of excitement in such matches. I had the less experienced players try to solve these situations on purpose. I’m sorry we didn’t win, but the professional experience we gained was more important than taking the two points” – he dded. In the junior match, the more experienced players played first, as usual, then coaches Pigniczki Krisztina and Bordásné Horváth Mariann gave everybody the chance to play.


In the ages 16-17 championship, our team gained points at home and away as well. At home against Nemesvámos, the girls scored a goal almost every minute and conceded only a dozen. In the away match against Fehérvár, they scored almost twice as many goals as they conceded. Róth Kálmán’s girls keep on scoring and collecting points.

Our girls, ages 11 and 9, also competed and achieved good results.
