The management of Győri ETO Kft., which operates the Győri Audi ETO KC woman handball team, has agreed with the danish coach, Ulrik Kirkely for the club's vacant headcoach position from the summer 2023. In addition to the arrival of the excellent trainer, it has also become certain that the brazilian Bruna de Paula, who can be used in all middle positions, will also join the squad from the summer of 2023.
Negotiations have started regarding the squad of Győri Audi ETO KC for the next season. In line with the long-term strategy of Győri ETO Ltd., the company which operates the first team, the plan is to draw up contracts that ensure the future successes of the team. The first agreements have been finalised, it is therefore certain that Linn Blohm and Stine Oftedal will play for Győr in the 2023/24 season.
A new supporter of Győri Audi ETO KC has joined the club as sponsors. The representatives of PHOENIX Pharma Zrt. and Győri Audi ETO KC signed a sponsorship agreement at a press conference, held before the league game against DVSC Schaeffler.

On 30th August Győri Audi ETO KC revived an old tradition in the form of a season opening picnic. Sympathizers of the club could meet with the new arrivals and request photos and autographs from the players. The event was characterised by a good atmosphere where fans could also enjoy a bowl of gulyás soup.

We were saddened to learn that Lajos Horváth, the former head coach of Győri ETO KC, a member of the ETO family and the coach of many handball players, has passed away on 11 February 2022. His memory will be kept alive.
